All tickets are generated by our program and then emailed, but you do NOT have to have an email address to get your ticket. We do have a paper ticket order form available.

IF you DO NOT receive EMAILED TICKETS within 30 Minutes

  • • Check your spam filter
  • • Check the “issued tickets” page on our website. If you see your ticket was generated – you just did not receive your ticket – call or check with the DAR to see if they have a copy, or use the “contact us” feature with your information.

If you do not see your ticket and have a PayPal receipt of your purchase:

Email your PayPal receipt to support@cardinal14all.org  or to the DAR of your supporting organization, along with names on the ticket, sellers name and supporting organization.

Embarq email addresses have trouble handling our system; please use a different email address. If you do not have a different email address available to you, your ticket purchase will be in the drawing, but you may have a delay in receiving your ticket(s).

Please remember receipt form ticket sales may take more time to make it on the website. This is why there will be a cutoff date to turn in receipt forms.

Special Note! The order page will be brought down weekly during the season on Monday night for weekly processing. The page will be brought back online usually on Tuesday afternoon / evening.
